There seems to be a lot of problems with the vin reading, and decoding of all makes (UK)

 Oh not just UK, trust me. Where I had good vin decoding on Euro cars before, it is failing big time lately and the message I get in return is like "only on cars 2009 and up"  ... great, bad luck we work a lot with older cars then.

It worked, but it's broken now, they have to fix it again...

Could you please collect datalog for our analysis?

 support in all fairness unless you are going to give us free updates for perfecting your tool (data-logging takes time for two reasons the first is because the program does not work and the second half the time the server is busy?) why should we be doing your job for no reward

Sorry don't understand why you say so. If our products gets more powerful and compatible, our users can also get benefits from its improvement. It is Win-Win situation.

just today 2012 land-rover free-lander 2.2tdi v 4.402 would not decode Vin and would not reset service light also maxisys would not send data log and did not store it to resend..

so how does that help anyone...

and most of the people helping you develop the tool come on here to tell you what is needed and the problems we are having

but we don't get anything in return in my mind your software is BETA version because its not fully tested if you want us to test for you give us free upgrades.... otherwise perfect the software so it works correctly.. and then charge your customers for updates not make us pay then slowly fix it that's not good for your name and our trust...

Im running previous version and have had no problems so far

Did you keep your previous version before updating

Are others havin this problem

 im using 9.0 but the latest is not always the best take a look at land-rover.
